We are looking for a Brand &
- Marketing Manager who can take ownership of how the brand looks, feels and communicates across social media, website, campaigns, advertisements and other customer touchpoints.
This person should be able to take a growing brand and make it look and feel like a professionally built, premium consumer brand.
Key Responsibilites
- Build and maintain overall brand positioning and identity
- Plan monthly and weekly marketing campaigns
- Develop Instagram and social media content direction
- Plan Reels, posts, Stories and campaign themes
- Research competitors and leading D2C brands
- Ensure consistency across website, advertisements, social media and influencer content
- Review creative work before it goes live
- Work closely with copywriters, editors, designers and performance marketers
- Plan product launches,
promotional campaigns and seasonal campaigns
- Develop content pillars and brand guidelines
- Improve overall perception and visual quality of the brand
- Analyse customer feedback, reviews and social comments
- Identify new marketing opportunities
- Coordinate the overall creative and marketing calendar

- Understands branding, marketing and consumer psychology
- Has robust creative judgment
- Understands premium D2C brands
- Can differentiate between average content and high-quality brand communication
- Understands Instagram and modern social media
- Can lead creative discussions and give clear feedback
- Is comfortable taking ownership instead of waiting for instructions
Preferred Experience
25 years in D2C, consumer brands, beauty, personal care, FMCG, pet care, fashion, lifestyle or similar categories.
