We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to help build and grow brand relationships across our stores - from onboarding current brands to driving in-store visibility and partnership revenue.
You will work closely with the retail ops and category teams to ensure brand partnerships translate into strong in-store execution.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Build and manage a pipeline of brands for onboarding across store categories.
- Pitch brand partnership opportunities (listings, in-store visibility, promotions) and close onboarding deals.
- Own day-to-day relationships with onboarded brand partners.
In-Store Execution & Growth
- Coordinate with store ops and VM/CX teams to execute agreed brand visibility, sampling, and promotional activities in-store.
- Track partnership performance and drive renewals and upselling of add-on opportunities.
- Support commercial negotiations within approved rate cards and templates.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in brand partnerships, key account management, vendor management, or retail business development.
- Comfortable pitching to and negotiating with brand founders/sales teams.
- Good coordination skills to work with store operations and category teams for execution.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking pipelines and performance.
