Role Description The Brand Manager at SHOR will lead the development and execution of branding strategies for multiple clients, ensuring consistent and impactful brand positioning across all touchpoints. This full-time, on-site role in Surat involves translating client objectives into clear brand guidelines, overseeing visual identity and messaging, and collaborating with design, content, and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

The Brand

Manager will analyze market trends and consumer insights, manage brand performance metrics, and present strategic recommendations to clients.

Daily responsibilities include briefing creative teams, reviewing and approving brand assets, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work that aligns with SHOR’s creative standards.

Qualifications





- Strong brand strategy and positioning skills, with experience in developing brand guidelines, value propositions, and go-to-market plans.
- Proficiency in marketing and digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing and campaign planning for creative and digital brands.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams across design, copy, and web development to deliver cohesive branding and communication solutions.
- Ability to analyze market research, consumer behavior, and performance data to refine brand strategies and report insights to clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate brand ideas and feedback.
- Strong project management abilities, including prioritization, time management, and coordination of multiple client brands simultaneously.
- Comfort working in an on-site, rapid-paced, collaborative environment in Surat, with a focus on innovation, accountability, and client satisfaction.
