Key Responsibilities:·

- Build robust, trust-based relationships (100% retention focus)·
- Understand client industries & recommend proactive strategies·
- Gather monthly/quarterly feedback and ensure seamless service delivery· Act as the primary senior contact for key clients.·
- Coordinate with finance for timely collections·
- Maintain revenue from existing accounts· Strategic Planning & Brand Development·
- Drive marcom strategies (SMM, SEO, profiling) & brand documentation·
- Present insights & growth strategies to clients via structured decks· Brief internal teams on objectives, timelines & expectations·
- Track progress across creative, tech & media teams·
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, project folders & meeting notes·
- Brief internal teams clearly on objectives, timelines, and expectations.·
- Experience: 2–5 years (Digital Marketing Agency background preferred)
