We're looking for a dynamic Brand Endorsement Manager & Media Coordinator to manage commercial partnerships, brand deals, and public relations activities for a leading entertainment personality. This role sits at the intersection of business development, negotiation, and media relations, and is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Partnerships & Business Development

- Identify and pursue brand endorsement opportunities with companies both within and outside Kerala
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential brand partners across categories
- Lead outreach and relationship-building with marketing teams, brand managers, and agency contacts
- Drive consistent follow-up on leads through to deal closure — no opportunity should go cold
- Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, and contracts to secure favorable outcomes
- Coordinate with legal/finance for contract execution and payment terms

PR & Media Coordination

- Coordinate media interviews — scheduling, briefing, and on-ground/virtual logistics
- Liaise with journalists, entertainment media,



and PR agencies to manage press coverage
- Monitor media presence and manage reputation-related communication
- Draft/review press releases and talking points in coordination with the PR team

Cross-functional Coordination

- Work closely with the management/business team to align brand and PR activities with the overall calendar
- Track deal status, deliverables, and timelines to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain organized records of all partnerships, contracts, and media contacts

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in branding, advertising, media sales
- Established contacts with leading media houses, ad agencies, and advertising/brand teams
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Excellent communication skills (English and Malayalam). Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu or Hindi is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously
- Prior experience in the entertainment or celebrity brand management space is a solid plus
