ABOUT THE ROLE

Pixelpal Media is looking for a proactive Brand Management & Social Media Intern to support our creative and client teams in building and maintaining strong brand presence across platforms. You'll get hands-on exposure to brand strategy, content planning, and day-to-day social media execution for real client accounts — working closely with our content, design, and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in planning and executing brand strategies and social media calendars for client accounts.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms as per brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to inform content ideas.
- Track engagement metrics and prepare basic performance reports for client reviews.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure creatives align with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Support brand positioning exercises, mood boards,



and brand guideline documentation for clients.
- Assist with community management — responding to comments and messages in the brand's voice.
- Help research and identify collaboration or influencer opportunities relevant to client brands.
- Support the team during client meetings by taking notes and helping prepare presentation material.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Understanding of branding and brand positioning fundamentals
- Social media content planning and scheduling
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platform trends
- Basic copywriting and caption-writing skills
- Comfort with analytics/insights tools (Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, or similar)
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus

WHO YOU ARE

- A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- Genuinely active on social media and curious about what makes brands stand out online.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple client accounts at once.
- Eager to learn brand strategy and client servicing, not just content execution.
- Available to work on-site in Pune for the full internship duration.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Monthly stipend of ₹5,000 – ₹8,000, based on experience and skill level.
