About the Role

We are looking for a Brand & Creative Operations Lead to take ownership of the overall brand execution at Moi Vibe.

This person will act as the central point of coordination across Creative, Social Media, Marketing, Website, E-commerce, Content and other teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and that the brand is consistently represented across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, aesthetics and creative execution, along with excellent organisational and coordination skills. Someone who is creatively inclined, highly organised and solid at execution — able to see the bigger brand picture while managing the details, coordinate different teams effectively, and ensure that everything going out from Moi Vibe is consistent, polished and on-brand.

This is not a pure social media, graphic design or performance marketing role. It is a cross-functional brand and creative role responsible for ensuring that the different teams work together seamlessly and that the overall brand vision is executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

- Own and maintain Moi Vibe's overall brand identity, visual language, tone and communication.
- Ensure consistency across website, social media, campaigns, packaging, advertising and other customer touchpoints.
- Work closely with the Founder to translate the brand vision into day-to-day execution.

Creative Operations





- Manage creative projects from briefing to execution and final delivery.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, content creators and social media teams.
- Plan creative requirements, timelines and deliverables and ensure timely completion.
- Review creative output and ensure it meets Moi Vibe's aesthetic and quality standards.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Act as the central link between different teams working on the brand.
- Ensure upcoming launches, campaigns, offers and new products are communicated to all relevant teams.
- Follow up on deliverables, identify bottlenecks and ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure teams have the right content, creatives and information required to execute their work.
