BOT Developer & QA Engineer – Kore.ai Artemis Platform

Job Purpose The Bot Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade conversational and Agentic AI solutions on the Kore.ai Artemis Platform. The role will focus on building intelligent AI agents for customer servicing, employee assistance, sales, and operational automation while ensuring compliance with enterprise governance, security, observability, and guardrail requirements.

The candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Middleware Teams, and Customer Experience stakeholders to deliver scalable AI-powered experiences across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic AI Development

- Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents using the Kore.ai Artemis Platform.
- Build and maintain multi-agent orchestration workflows.
- Configure Agent Goals, Tasks, Tools, Memory, Handoffs, and Delegation models.
- Develop AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning while maintaining enterprise compliance.
- Create reusable Agent templates and accelerators.

Conversational AI Development

- Develop chatbot solutions using Kore.ai.
- Design conversation flows, dialog tasks, FAQs, Search AI, and Knowledge AI capabilities.
- Configure entity extraction, intents, utterances, and contextual AI conversations.
- Implement multilingual experiences including English, Arabic, and regional language variants.

Agent Blueprint Language (ABL)

- Develop and maintain Agent Blueprint Language (ABL) artifacts.
- Define agent behaviors, tools, guardrails,



memory structures, and orchestration logic.
- Build lifecycle-managed agent definitions that support development, testing, and production deployments. Based on Artemis documentation, ABL is a core technology for defining agent behavior and governance. [docs.kore.ai], [kore.ai]

LLM & AI Integration

- Integrate enterprise-approved LLMs models.
- Configure prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, latency, and token consumption.
- Implement AI guardrails, grounding, hallucination prevention, and content filtering controls.

Enterprise Integration

- Integrate AI agents with:
- CRM Platforms
- Core Banking Systems
- Middleware APIs
- Authentication Services
- Data Platforms
- Develop REST APIs, webhook integrations, and event-driven workflows.
- Collaborate with Middleware and Architecture teams on API strategy.

Internal Artemis discussions highlighted observability, auditability, guardrails, and governance as key platform capabilities. Testing & Quality Assurance

- Create agent test cases and automated validation scenarios.
- Perform functional, integration, UAT, and production verification testing.




- Conduct AI evaluation, prompt testing, and response validation.
- Troubleshoot agent behavior and optimize conversation experiences.

DevOps & Release Management

- Support CI/CD pipelines for bot and agent deployments.
- Manage environment migrations across DEV, UAT, and PROD.
- Participate in releases, hyper-care activities, and production support.

Technical Skills Required

Mandatory

- 5+ years of chatbot or conversational AI development experience.
- 3+ years of Kore.ai platform experience.
- Experience with Kore XO10, XO11, or Artemis platforms.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and architectures.
- Robust understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering.
- Understanding of LLMs, RAG, and Vector Databases.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications.

Preferred

- Exposure to multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with Langfuse or AI observability platforms.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
