B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering. Autodesk Revit/BIM certification preferred.

Experience

3–5 years of experience in Structural and Architectural BIM modeling for high-rise residential and commercial projects with LOD 400 modeling and GFC drawings.

Software Skills

· Autodesk Revit (Structural & Architectural)

· AutoCAD

· Navisworks Manage

· Autodesk BIM Collaborate/BIM 360

· Microsoft Office

· Dynamo (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

· Develop LOD 400 Structural and Architectural Revit models.

· Prepare coordinated Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.

· Coordinate with Structural, Architectural and MEP teams.

· Perform clash detection using Navisworks.

· Produce plans, elevations, sections,



schedules and quantity take-offs.

· Update BIM models for design revisions and site changes.

· Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements.

Preferred Projects

High-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use developments and township projects.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
