Role & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HVAC BIM models using Revit and Navisworks.
- Prepare HVAC layouts, sections, shop/fabrication drawings, and coordination models.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Support HVAC system design, sizing, quantity take-offs, and material coordination.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM standards, and engineering codes.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in HVAC BIM Modeling or Mechanical Design.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP).
- Valuable understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, and relevant mechanical standards.
