Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced BIM MEP Team Lead with 7+ years of experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination. The candidate should have strong expertise in Revit MEP, Navisworks, LOD 400/500, and experience handling multidisciplinary MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the MEP BIM modeling team and coordinate project deliverables.
- Develop and review Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) BIM models using Revit.
- Ensure models meet LOD 400/500 requirements, project standards, and client specifications.
- Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
- Review drawings, models, and technical deliverables for accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, and other engineering teams.
- Create and maintain Revit families and ensure proper model standards.
- Prepare and maintain BIM execution standards, workflows, and documentation.




- Monitor team productivity, deadlines, and project deliverables.
- Mentor junior BIM engineers/modelers and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in client coordination meetings and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of relevant experience in MEP BIM.
- Solid knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.
- Experience in LOD 400/500 modeling and coordination.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.
- Experience in Revit Family Creation.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and clash detection.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience working on GCC/Australian projects will be an advantage.
