Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Engineering

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager who is technically robust and capable of managing end-to-end BIM implementation, coordination, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead BIM activities throughout the project lifecycle, from design development to construction and handover.
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, processes, workflows, and project execution plans.
- Manage and coordinate BIM models across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Review BIM models for accuracy, constructability, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with design and project teams to resolve technical issues.
- Lead BIM coordination meetings and ensure timely closure of coordination issues.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, QS, design, and site execution teams.
- Ensure BIM deliverables are completed as per project timelines, specifications, and required LOD.
- Manage model federation, model audits, clash reports, and BIM documentation.
- Support quantity take-off, estimation, planning, and construction coordination using BIM models.
- Ensure effective integration between BIM models and actual site execution.
- Manage BIM team members, allocate tasks, review outputs, and monitor productivity.




- Identify technical challenges and provide practical BIM-based solutions.
- Ensure proper model version control, data management, and documentation.
- Support 4D/5D BIM workflows, where required, for project planning, cost management, and project control.

Technical Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of BIM processes, standards, and project workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools.
- Experience in Clash Detection, Model Coordination, Model Auditing, and BIM Documentation.
- Knowledge of LOD requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Understanding of construction methodologies and practical site execution.
- Knowledge of multidisciplinary coordination across Civil, Architectural, Structural, and MEP services.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Requirement: The candidate should be technically strong, hands-on with BIM software, and capable of independently managing BIM activities from project initiation through coordination, construction support, and final handover.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
