Role Description The BIM Architect role is hiring for a client , on-site position based in Bangalore . The BIM Architect will develop and manage Building Information Models, coordinate architectural and construction drawings, and ensure design documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned with project standards. This role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate design intent into BIM workflows, prepare submittals, and support clash detection and design reviews.
The BIM Architect will also contribute to process improvements, maintain BIM templates and standards, and assist in implementing best practices for project delivery and documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture with the ability to interpret and develop architectural design concepts.
- Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings for detailed, compliant project documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows for coordinated project delivery.
- Knowledge of Submittals, including preparation, review, and coordination with project stakeholders.
- Experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar) and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; skilled licensure or enrollment is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills; prior experience in consulting or multidisciplinary environments is a plus.
