We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Architect to develop high-quality architectural models and drawings, ensuring design accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project requirements.

Location: Pune (Onsite)

MUST-HAVE (Apply only if you meet ALL criteria):

- 2+ years of Architectural BIM experience
- Strong expertise in Revit Architecture (MANDATORY)
- Experience in modeling from concept to GFC / As-Built stage
- Ability to prepare detailed & shop drawings
- Basic knowledge of Navisworks (clash detection)

Profiles without Revit experience will not be considered

Key Responsibilities:





- Develop architectural BIM models in Revit
- Prepare drawings (schematic to GFC)
- Convert 2D CAD to 3D BIM models
- Perform clash detection & coordination
- Work with Structural & MEP teams
- Maintain model quality & standards

Preferred:

- Experience in Indian / International projects
- Exposure to BIM coordination environments
