Role Description The Billing Executive/TPA Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Rajkot Area. This role is responsible for managing patient billing cycles, preparing and verifying invoices, and ensuring accurate posting of charges and payments in alignment with hospital policies. The individual will coordinate with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and insurance providers for pre-authorizations, claims submissions, approvals, and timely settlements, while maintaining clear documentation.

Daily tasks include verifying patient coverage, resolving billing discrepancies, responding to queries from patients, TPAs, and internal departments, and escalating issues as needed.



The role also involves generating billing and finance-related reports, supporting audits, and working closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure transparent, compliant, and efficient revenue processes.

Qualifications

- Robust understanding of Billing Process and Invoicing in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to review claims, identify discrepancies, and interpret billing and finance data.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with patients, TPAs, insurance representatives, and internal teams.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Finance concepts relevant to healthcare billing and collections.
- Experience working with TPA/insurance claim workflows, authorization procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in hospital billing software, MS Office (especially Excel), and data entry with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in hospital billing, TPA coordination, or medical insurance processes is preferred.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field is an advantage.
