Role Description The Bid Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Silchar, Assam responsible for managing the end-to-end bid and tender process for road and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day tasks include identifying relevant tenders, gathering requirements, coordinating with engineering, finance, and project teams, and preparing compliant bid documents. The role involves drafting clear and competitive technical and commercial proposals, tracking submission deadlines, and ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate and complete.

Specialist will also analyze competitor bids, maintain bid records,



and support continuous improvement of bid strategies and templates.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of bid processes and tender management, including end-to-end coordination and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience in bid preparation and proposal writing, with the ability to develop explicit, structured, and persuasive technical and commercial proposals.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present bid information in a concise and professional manner.
- Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or related sectors, with familiarity in government and private tender procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools, with robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Silchar, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy and integrity.
