Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur for a BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) Training & Placement Program professional. The role involves delivering structured training sessions on BFSI concepts, products, and processes, ensuring participants gain job-ready skills for entry-level and growing career opportunities in the sector.

Responsibilities include designing and updating training content, conducting interactive workshops, monitoring trainee performance, and providing feedback to improve learning outcomes. The role also covers coordinating with placement partners, organizing recruitment drives,



preparing trainees for interviews, and tracking placement progress. In addition, the professional will collaborate with the Mentor-X team to align program outcomes with industry requirements and maintain detailed records and reports related to training and placements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of BFSI concepts, basic banking operations, financial products, and customer service practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in training delivery, classroom facilitation, workshop planning, and learner engagement.
- Candidates should possess abilities in communication, presentation, and interpersonal interaction to work effectively with diverse groups of learners and employers.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining training records, placement reports, and learner feedback data.
- Candidates should possess aptitude for mentoring, career guidance, and supporting participants through interview preparation and job readiness activities.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Management, Finance, or related fields preferred) from a recognized institution is beneficial.
- Prior experience in BFSI training, corporate training, or working in banking, financial services, or insurance organizations will be an advantage.
- Comfort with basic computer applications, MS Office, online learning tools, and creating simple digital training materials is desirable.
