- Handle bench sales recruitment: sourcing job requirements from prime vendors, clients, and vendors.
- Submit bench consultants to relevant openings and negotiate best rates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up to ensure consultant placements.
- Maintain regular communication with bench consultants to understand needs and project availability.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.
- Experience with Preferred Vendors and layered vendor models is preferred.
- Should possess strong communication skills.
