Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Beauty Advisor role based in Indore.

The Beauty

Advisor will engage with customers on the retail floor, welcome them, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Kimirica products across skincare, bath and body, and wellness categories.

Responsibilities include explaining product benefits and ingredients, demonstrating product usage, and providing personalized self-care consultations to enhance the customer experience. The role involves driving retail sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and organized, and supporting promotional campaigns.

Advisor will also handle basic billing support, respond to customer queries and feedback, and collaborate with the store team to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer service and retail sales skills, with a focus on creating positive in-store experiences.
- Candidates should possess sound product knowledge, including an understanding of ingredients, fragrance profiles, and usage recommendations.
- Candidates should possess a positive foundation in skin care and, ideally, basic cosmetology concepts relevant to advising customers.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and explain products clearly.
- Candidates should possess a customer-centric mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment.
- Previous experience in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle retail is preferred; certification or training in cosmetology or aesthetics is an advantage.

- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and comfort using point-of-sale systems.
- Minimum high school diploma required; a degree in cosmetology, hospitality, retail management, or a related field is beneficial.
