Fine Wine Cosmetics is seeking a well-spoken, customer-focused Beauty Advisor to represent our brand and brand-led pop-up experiences nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Brand Representation

- Represent the brand at pop-ups
- Drive sales through product demonstrations and personalized consultations
- Deliver a premium and engaging customer experience
- Customer Experience & Operations
- Handle customer queries across calls, messages, and social platforms
- Manage Cash on Delivery (COD) verification
- Track and update order status, ensuring smooth customer communication
- Coordinate with internal teams for efficient order processing

Skills & Qualifications





- Strong makeup application skills and product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Language requirements:
- Tamil (Mandatory)
- English (Mandatory)
- Hindi (Preferred)
- Customer-first mindset with a strong inclination towards sales
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

This is an in office, full-time role based in Coimbatore Travel may be required for brand activations

All travel and related expenses will be covered by the company
