Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Hyderabad.

The Bench Sales

Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and engaging suitable opportunities for bench consultants, building relationships with vendors and clients, and managing the entire recruitment and placement lifecycle. Day-to-day activities include sourcing requirements, negotiating terms, coordinating interviews, and tracking the status of each consultant. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, collaborating with account managers and sales teams,



and ensuring timely follow-up to maximize placements and revenue.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Sales Recruitment and Bench Sales, including sourcing requirements and marketing consultants.
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring, from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Account Management capabilities to maintain and grow relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders at different levels.
- Knowledge of IT staffing industry, US staffing practices, and familiarity with tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requirements, and meet placement targets.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, job portals, social media platforms, and MS Office.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualified experience in recruitment, HR, business, or a related field.
