Roles and Responsibilities :

- Operate the batching plant efficiently to produce high-quality concrete.

- Coordinate with the local site, plant team, and marketing team for smooth operations.

- Perform preventive maintenance on the batching plant to minimize downtime.

- Monitor and control the quality of concrete produced to meet customer standards.

- Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all aspects of plant operation.

Job Requirements :

- Experience in operations, batching plants, and concrete production is preferred.

- Familiarity with the BC mix software is an added advantage.

- Solid communication and teamwork skills are essential.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is necessary.

- Knowledge of quality control measures and safety procedures is required.

- A relevant diploma or degree is preferred.
