Position: Barista

Experience: 1–3 Years

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages, hot & cold coffees
- Operate and maintain espresso machine, grinder and other coffee equipment
- Ensure proper espresso extraction, milk steaming and beverage consistency
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station
- Perform daily opening and closing dutiesMonitor coffee, milk, syrups and other beverage inventory
- Follow FIFO and proper storage procedures
- Minimize wastage and maintain beverage cost control
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Handle customer orders and customize beverages as required
- Maintain knowledge of the café menu and ingredients
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service team





REQUIREMENTS ✅ 1–3 years of barista experience preferred

✅ Good knowledge of espresso-based beverages

✅ Knowledge of latte art is an advantage

✅ Understanding of coffee beans, grinding and extraction

✅ Good communication and customer-service skills

✅ Strong hygiene and cleanliness standards

✅ Ability to work efficiently during busy service

✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
