Role Overview The Barista represents Aeka’s Coffee on the floor and is responsible for delivering consistently high-quality beverages along with a warm, confident customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee and beverages as per defined SOPs
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar
- Interact confidently with customers and explain the menu
- Multitask and follow instructions accurately
- Follow hygiene and safety standards
- Participate actively in training and skill development programs

- Willingness to learn, improve, and take feedback positively
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Friendly, calm, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexible availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting moderate weights.

Preferred

- Previous customer service or food service experience.
- Knowledge of coffee beans and flavors.
- Familiarity with different coffee equipment.
- Spoken english
