Job Title: Bartender Department: Food & Beverage / Bar Operations Reports To: Bar Manager / F&B; Manager Job Purpose: Prepare and serve beverages efficiently while providing excellent guest service and ensuring compliance with safety and licensing regulations.

Requirements

- Beverage Service: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
- Guest Experience: Provide prompt, skilled service and offer drink suggestions to enhance revenue.
- Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bar area and equipment.
- Compliance: Enforce legal drinking age requirements and follow responsible service of alcohol (RSA) practices.
- Inventory: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and minimize wastage.
- Transactions:



Accurately handle cash/card payments and follow POS procedures.
- Problem Solving: Resolve guest inquiries and complaints courteously.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with service staff to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Education: Diploma/Certificate in Bartending or Hotel Management (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in bar operations.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of spirits, cocktails, wines, and bar tools.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and familiarity with licensing regulations.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
