- Customer support profile involving interaction with customers through inbound and outbound calls
- Resolve customer issues effectively and ensure satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate / Undergraduate – freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice process (mandatory)
- Only customer service experience considered
- International voice or technical background preferred
