Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Bakery Chef to manage the day-to-day bakery operations and ensure consistent quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a wide range of bakery products, including breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, and other baked items.
- Develop and introduce new bakery products and recipes.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, texture, and presentation.
- Manage daily bakery production according to business requirements.
- Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate the availability of raw materials.
- Control food costs and minimize wastage.
- Train and supervise bakery staff and kitchen assistants.
- Maintain proper production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Ensure all bakery equipment is used and maintained properly.




- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bakery section.

Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional bakery experience.
- Solid knowledge of bakery production techniques and ingredients.
- Experience in breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to manage a bakery team and handle production independently.
- Creative approach toward new products and presentations.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Candidates with experience in hotels, restaurants, caf s, resorts, or professional bakeries will be preferred.
