Job Description About the Job
n
nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analog Design Leader to lead and drive the development of cutting-edge analog and mixed-signal circuits for Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) IPs (OTPs, MTP, Fuse and EEPROMs) and power management IPs. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in analog design, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of NVM technologies. As a leader, you will guide a team of engineers to deliver innovative designs that meet performance, power, and reliability goals.

n Key Responsibilities:

n1. Technical Leadership:
n
n
- n
- Oversee the design, development, and verification of analog and mixed-signal circuits for NVM applications, including charge pumps, voltage regulators, sense amplifiers, and memory interfaces.n
- Define and review circuit architectures to optimize performance, power, and area (PPA).n
- Drive innovation in circuit design to address industry challenges in scaling, performance, and reliability for NVM.n

n2. Team Management:

- n
- Build, mentor,
and manage a team of analog design engineers, fostering technical growth and career development.n
- Provide technical guidance and direction to team members, ensuring timely project execution.n
- Collaborate with world-wide cross-functional teams, including process, test engineering and product teams.n
n
n3. Project Management:
n
n
- n
- Plan and manage project schedules, deliverables, and milestones for analog design projects.n
- Ensure designs meet technical specifications, project timelines, and quality standards.n
- Identify and mitigate design risks, ensuring robust circuit performance under process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) variations.n

n4. Collaboration and Communication:

- n
- Work closely with NVM bit-cell architecture and product teams to align circuit design with system-level requirements.n
- Interface with Process teams (Process Integration Engineers) to optimize tech
