Job DescriptionWe are inviting applications for the position of STEM Trainer for a three-month, on-site training engagement in Kanpur and Lucknow. The selected trainers will work with students from Grades 6–8, delivering structured, hands-on learning in emerging technologies and helping students build strong foundations in STEM through practical projects, demonstrations, and guided activities. Location: Kanpur & Lucknow Work Mode: On-site Engagement Duration: 3 Months Compensation: ₹45,000 per month Accommodation: Provided Certification: STEM Trainer Certification by IIT Kanpur upon successful completion of the training engagement Key Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Deliver engaging and age-appropriate STEM sessions for students of Grades 6–8 •⁠ ⁠Conduct practical training in Robotics, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics, and Drone Technology •⁠ ⁠Guide students through experiments, demonstrations, and project-based learning •⁠ ⁠Explain technical concepts in a transparent, simple, and engaging manner •⁠ ⁠Support students in designing, building, testing,
