College Circle AI is looking for a Backend Developer who can build scalable systems, manage architecture, and contribute to the core technology powering our platform. We are looking for builders who understand how real-world systems operate beyond just writing code.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services, designing APIs,

managing databases, handling third-party integrations,



and supporting deployment workflows. You will work closely with frontend developers to ensure smooth communication between systems and contribute to architecture discussions as the platform scales.

What We're Looking For

● Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js

● Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar databases

● Understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture

● Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment

● Basic frontend understanding for integration purposes

● Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred

● 2–3 deployed projects

● Experience working on products with active users

● Understanding of scalable production systems
