Brijstar Green Energy Pvt Ltd is a solar EPC company and an Authorised Channel Partner of Tata Power Solar. We install rooftop solar for home and for factories and commercial buildings across West Bengal.
We are hiring a Back Office Executive for our Siliguri office.
What you will do
- Prepare and submit customer applications on the government subsidy portal
- Check every customer file against our checklist before submission
- Follow up with customers on WhatsApp and phone for missing documents
- Maintain the file tracker and give daily status to management
- Coordinate with the electricity department for meter and inspection steps
What we need
- 2 to 3 years experience in back office, accounts, documentation, KYC or a CA office
- Comfortable with Excel, email, and government or banking online portals
- Careful with details. This job is about catching mistakes before they become rejections.
- Fluent Bengali and Hindi,
basic English for email
- Based in Siliguri or able to reach our office daily
What we offer
- ₹16,000 to ₹20,000 per month depending on experience
