We're hiring: Backend Developer (Node.js + MongoDB) — Bhubaneswar, in-office

Wisbox is a hyperlocal discovery and commerce platform — live on the Play Store — that gives local sellers order management, location-based advertising, and a way to stay connected with every visitor who walks past their shop.

You'll build the parts that make that work: live location ingestion, geofence triggers, UPI/Razorpay payments and settlements, an XP-and-rewards ledger, order state machines, and a geo-targeted ad engine.

Looking for: 2+ years of production Node.js, strong MongoDB (aggregations, indexing, ideally geospatial), payment gateway integration experience, and live projects you can demo. No freshers.

Offering: end-to-end ownership, real users and real market feedback within days of shipping, direct access to the founders, and a very steep learning curve. It's a startup — the pace is high and we're upfront about that.

Details: Full time, in-office, Bhubaneswar. 10 AM – 7 PM, Mon–Fri.
