Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in leading and managing sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, mentoring team members, and building strong client relationships to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives/representatives to achieve individual and team targets

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth

- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback to team members

- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and align on goals

- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand customer base

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management

- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives





- Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly

- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and CRM usage

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a team handling/management role

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong leadership, team management, and people skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office/Excel

- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Sales

- Prior experience managing a team of 5+ members

- Knowledge of the local market and existing client network
