We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by identifying companies and decision-makers, generating qualified leads, conducting client meetings, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field visits.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face client meetings.
- Understand client business requirements and present suitable Tech Labs solutions.
- Promote Digital Marketing, Branding, Content Creation, Website/Technology and other business solutions.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate quotations with the internal team.
- Negotiate with prospects and support the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Track daily activities, meetings, pipeline, conversions, and monthly sales performance.
Required Skills
- Strong lead-generation and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to communicate confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets.
Eligibility
- PG / ,Any Degree / Diploma
- Freshers with robust communication and sales interest can apply.
- 0–5 years of B2B & B2C Field Sales, Marketing, or Business Development experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary : Based on experience and interview performance
- Incentives : Performance-based attractive incentives
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
