AWX/Ansible Automation And Python

Location ; CHN, BLR, HYD, PUN, Kolkata and Giftcity

- AWX Development and Automation (Primary Skill): Strong hands-on experience in AWX/Ansible Automation Platform development, including designing, developing, managing, and maintaining automation workflows, job templates, inventories, credentials, and scalable infrastructure automation solutions.
- Programming and Scripting: Proficiency in languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Java to develop, enhance, and integrate automation solutions.
- Database Knowledge: Understanding of database systems and SQL for data manipulation, reporting, and integration with automation workflows.
- Process Analysis and Optimization: Ability to analyze existing business and operational processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and standardization.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging: Robust problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to AWX, Ansible playbooks, automation scripts, integrations, and workflows.
- Business Process Understanding: Solid understanding of business and IT operational processes, with the ability to streamline and optimize them through automation initiatives.
- Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems such as Git for managing automation code, playbooks, scripts, and collaborative development practices.




- Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and end users throughout the automation lifecycle.
- Project Management: Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies to effectively plan, execute, and deliver automation projects.
- Integration and Orchestration: Experience integrating AWX/Ansible with enterprise tools, APIs, cloud platforms, monitoring solutions, and ITSM systems to enable end-to-end automation.

- Time management, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Creativity and innovative thinking to come up with new automation solutions.
- Familiarity with QA principles, including test planning, test case creation, and quality control to ensure that automation meets quality standards.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to process and interpret data generated by automation. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and how to integrate automation with cloud services.
- The ability to create clear and concise documentation for automation processes, scripts, and workflows.
