Job Title: AWS Technical Lead / AWS Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AWS Technical Lead with strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture, application modernization, DevOps, and cloud-native development. The ideal candidate will lead technical design and delivery of scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-optimized AWS solutions while providing technical leadership to development and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end AWS solution design for application modernization, migration, integration, and cloud-native initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs, implementation plans, estimates, and delivery roadmaps.
- Design secure, scalable, resilient, and highly available AWS architectures following AWS Well-Architected principles.
- Lead development and DevOps teams, conduct design reviews, code reviews, and architecture governance activities.
- Implement and enforce cloud best practices across security, networking, observability, backup, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Drive containerization and orchestration initiatives using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, security teams, operations teams, and client stakeholders.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, performance tuning,



technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create reusable automation scripts, deployment frameworks, and cloud accelerators.

- 8+ years of IT experience with strong AWS cloud expertise.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including:
- EC2
- VPC
- IAM
- S3
- RDS/Aurora
- Lambda
- API Gateway
- ECS/EKS
- CloudWatch
- CloudTrail
- Secrets Manager
- Route 53
- Experience designing cloud-native, scalable, and secure architectures.
- Solid understanding of AWS Well-Architected Framework.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of:
