Youngun is a social-first creative and media agency. We run organic social seeding, creator marketing, and cultural distribution for some of India's biggest brands at a massive scale. A lot of moving parts, and almost all of it running on Google Workspace, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Forms, Docs.

About the Role

We want someone who can turn that Workspace into an actual operating system: automated and connected.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain Apps Script automations across Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Forms, and Docs
- Design internal tools on top of Workspace campaign trackers, creator databases, reporting dashboards, approval flows, client-facing sheets
- Connect Workspace to external systems via APIs (Instagram/Meta, YouTube, Slack, Notion, Zoho Books, etc.)
- Replace manual, repetitive ops work with triggers,



scheduled jobs, and custom menus/sidebars
- Own data hygiene: structured sheets, validation, permissions, versioning
- Document everything so the team can run it without you
- Scope requirements directly with account, creative, and finance teams

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years

Required Skills

- Deep, production-level experience with Google Apps Script (V8 runtime, triggers, quotas, error handling, OAuth scopes)
- Solid JavaScript fundamentals
- Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations
- Advanced Google Sheets and Google Docs (complex formulas, data modelling, performance on large sheets)
