Role Description The Audit & Accounts Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Dehradun. The role involves planning, executing and reviewing statutory, internal and project audits, particularly assignments involving Government Organisations, PSUs, Government-funded and Externally Aided Projects. The Manager will review financial statements and audit documentation, ensure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing requirements, and handle audits in an SAP environment, requiring sound knowledge of SAP and its application to accounting and financial processes.

The role also involves stakeholder coordination, team management, review of deliverables and ensuring the timely completion and quality of engagements, supported by strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills.

Qualifications





- CA / CMA with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Experience in Government Organisations and PSUs, with exposure to Government-funded and Externally Aided Project assignments.
- Ability to independently plan, execute and review audit assignments.
- Experience in reviewing financial statements, audit working papers and supporting documentation.
- Good understanding of financial reporting, accounting, compliance and applicable auditing requirements.
- Ability to identify financial, accounting and process-level issues and provide practical observations.
- Experience in client/stakeholder coordination, particularly with Government departments, PSUs and project authorities.
- Ability to manage teams, review deliverables and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills.
- Experience in conducting audits in an SAP environment, with sound working knowledge of SAP and its application to accounting and financial processes.
- A professional approach with strong ownership, responsibility, diligence and commitment to quality.

Experience in Government Organisations / PSUs and Government-funded or Externally Aided Project assignments, along with audit experience in an SAP environment, will be an important consideration for this position.
