Job Role Cash Management / Route Operations Executive

- Prepare the Daily Route Plan (DRP) for cash withdrawal and loading in consultation with the Route Leader.
- Pick up cash according to bank-wise indents and denominations.
- Prepare cash receipts and obtain approval from the Route Leader.
- Complete all allocated site visits for cash loading or EOD activities on a daily basis.
- Resolve FLM (First Level Maintenance) issues within the specified TAT.
- Enter all required transactions accurately and on time in the Android device, including:

- Withdrawal

- Loading

- EOD

- FLM
- Punch the required counter entry in CBS and submit it to the Route Leader.
- Inform the Route Leader immediately about any operational issues and record the issue in the Android device.
- Return unused cash to the vault when loading cannot be completed due to unavoidable circumstances.
- Prepare the CBR (Cash Balance Report) whenever mandatory as per SLA, such as for HDFC Bank, and submit it to the Route Leader.
- Coordinate with the Reports Team for mandatory customer reports.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, timely transaction updates, and compliance with operational procedures.
