About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to manage commercial, corporate and regulatory matters for a growing multi-location luxury retail business.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review and negotiate commercial, vendor, franchise and lease agreements .
- Advise on business contracts, procurement and technology-related agreements .
- Manage trademarks, IP protection and brand-related legal matters .
- Support employment, corporate governance and regulatory matters .
- Maintain contracts, legal documentation and risk registers .
- Manage external legal counsel, litigation and legal budgets .
- Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to senior management.

Ideal Profile




- 8–12 years PQE with strong in-house legal experience .
- Experience in retail, consumer, FMCG, luxury or other regulated businesses preferred.
- Robust expertise in commercial contracts, leases, franchise agreements and IP .
- Experience handling multi-location operations and external counsel.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Law degree with valid qualification to practise in India.
