Job Purpose/ Summary

Design intuitive web and mobile interfaces; create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes; conduct user research and usability testing; develop and maintain design systems and UI guidelines; collaborate with product and engineering teams; ensure responsive and accessible designs; incorporate user feedback and product analytics to continuously improve user experience.

Design intuitive usercentric and visually engaging digital experiences with 24 years of experiencebr Demonstrate strong handson expertise in Figma wireframing and prototyping to create effective design solutionsbr Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisionsbr Develop and maintain design systems and UI guidelines to ensure consistency and scalabilitybr Translate business requirements and user needs into effective digital experiences that meet project goalsbr Collaborate closely with Product Managers Developers Business Stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to deliver cohesive design solutionsbr Apply a robust understanding of UX best practices usability and design thinking to enhance user satisfaction
