Role Description The Associate Social Media Marketing Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for supporting the creation, scheduling, and publishing of social media content across platforms, aligned with Aksstagga’s brand voice and visual identity. The associate will assist in developing campaign ideas, writing engaging captions, coordinating photo and video assets with the creative team, and monitoring audience engagement.

Daily tasks include responding to comments and messages, tracking basic performance metrics,



and sharing insights with the marketing team to refine content strategies. The role also involves collaborating with design and sales teams to highlight new collections, client stories, and behind-the-scenes content that reflects the brand’s values and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Social Media Content Creation and Social Media skills, with an understanding of major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging channels).
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including basic knowledge of campaigns, hashtags, trends, and audience engagement techniques.
- Candidates should possess clear and compelling Writing and Communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to match brand guidelines.
- Candidates should possess an eye for aesthetics and branding, with basic understanding of visual storytelling, fashion or luxury branding, and audience preferences.
- Relevant qualifications include prior internship or entry-level experience in social media or digital marketing, familiarity with analytics tools, and comfort working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- A passion for fashion, couture, and storytelling, along with the ability to collaborate effectively on-site in Noida, is highly beneficial.
