n THE MISSION:

- Architect & Automate: Design, execute, and scale high-speed automation frameworks across Web, Mobile (iOS/Android), and REST APIs with zero legacy constraints.n
- Shift-Left Engineering: Integrate automated suites directly into DevOps CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) for continuous, reliable daily deployments.n
- Lead the Standard: Mentor a talent-dense engineering team, setting the benchmark for performance, code quality, and testing rigor.n
- Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate directly with Product and Core Engineering leads to embed high-performance QA into every sprint.n

- Experience:



10+ years in Software Quality Engineering, with 2+ years in technical leadership .n
- Core Code: Mastery in Java, Python, or TypeScript/JavaScript .n
- Framework Mastery: Hands-on experience architecting suites in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or RestAssured .n
- DevOps Native: Proven expertise seamlessly wiring automated tests into CI/CD build environments and validating backend API architectures.n
