Introduction

Responsible for end-to-end Learning Management System (LMS) administration including course setup, content deployment, learner management, testing, reporting, compliance tracking, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement of learning operations. Ensure accurate learning records and seamless learner experience across global learning programs.

Your Role And Responsibilities

- Create and maintain courses, classes, curricula, certifications, learning plans and learning paths in LMS.
- Configure instructor-led, virtual instructor-led and self-paced programs.
- Upload and deploy SCORM, AICC, xAPI and digital learning content.
- Perform end-to-end functional testing before production deployment.
- Validate content launch, bookmarking, completion, passing score and transcript updates.
- Manage learner enrollments, assignments, waitlists, cancellations and completions.
- Resolve learner, instructor and manager queries within SLA.
- Maintain LMS data integrity and training records.
- Generate reports on completion, attendance, compliance and learning metrics.




- Coordinate with learning partners, vendors and content developers.
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
- Support virtual classroom scheduling and session administration.

Preferred Education

Master's Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise

- Graduate with 0-1 years experience in Learning Administration, HR Operations or Learning Operations.
- Experience working on Learning Management Systems preferred.
- Fresh graduates may apply.
- Experience supporting global stakeholders preferred.

- Knowledge of LMS administration and learning operations.
- MS Excel and reporting proficiency.
- Solid communication and customer service skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
