We're looking for passionate & smart candidates who are immensely curious and love building products. They constantly try to analyze and look behind the scenes at what goes into product building. A hard-working individual who looks at solving problems through products and can look beyond the user interviews and feedback. Self-starter, who has a love for analyzing & tracking user psychology while using a product and looking to solve a genuine problem in the society.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with founders, design, and tech teams to define and execute product roadmaps.
- Create PRDs, user flows, wireframes, and feature requirements.
- Analyze user behavior using tools like Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, and UXCam, AI toolsetc.
- Drive cohort analysis, user segmentation, and retention-focused product improvements.
- Build scalable product processes and frameworks for fast execution.
- Engage directly with students and users to understand pain points and validate solutions.
- Leverage AI tools extensively to improve product thinking, execution, and experimentation.




- Setup the foundations of good practices in product management
- Be single-handedly responsible by working with founders to build a product feature roadmap and get it implemented by the engineering team.
- Setup the campus social network and build products, and features which add value to the college students.
- Build product features that make it simpler for students and their lives meaningful.
- Interacting with users on daily basis, working with the tech team to get features implemented in record time, and moving in a quick-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Passion for building products that solve real-world problems
- Previous experience in Product Management & startups is a plus
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company - strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail & analytics
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep understanding of Tech, Analytics and AI tools
- Leadership & Team building skills
