Support the PFNA Pricing Strategy team with day-to-day reporting, projects, and ad hoc requests. This role provides an opportunity to build strong business knowledge of Pricing actions, understand their impact, and track performance
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex reports to track Pricing actions, PPA performance, and performance across brands and occasions
- Prepare weekly and periodic reports and presentations to track PPA performance and provide updates to senior leadership.
- Support the Pricing Strategy team with project-related work and analysis.
- Support the development and validation of PFNA RGM Power BI dashboards.
- Support ad hoc requests by pulling data from IRI and providing insights to the team.
- Identify opportunities to standardize and automate processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support during absences or whenever additional help is needed
Qualifications
- 6-7 years of experience in Finance, FP&A;, or a related field; preferably with a postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory, including experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Knowledge of Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI, or other data and automation tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of IRI (Circana) data and reporting is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
- Capable of managing multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong attention to data accuracy and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work well in a team environment.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, along with courtesy, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Solid communication skills with good proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
