Associate Dentist – Rathi Dental Care

Location: Thane West, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Working Hours: 9:45 AM–2:30 PM & 5:30 PM–9:00 PM

Rathi Dental Care is a modern, advanced dental centre in Thane West, committed to providing ethical, high-quality and patient-focused dental care. The clinic is equipped with advanced diagnostic facilities, including an in-house CBCT scanner, and offers a professional environment focused on comprehensive patient care.

We are looking for a BDS Associate Dentist who is clinically competent, patient-friendly and keen to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Dental examination, diagnosis and treatment planning

Restorations, scaling, extractions and basic endodontic procedures

Patient counselling and treatment explanation

Maintaining clinical records and prescriptions

Following infection-control and sterilization protocols

Ensuring proper follow-up and patient care

Working collaboratively with the clinical team

Requirements

BDS with valid dental council registration

Good communication and clinical skills

Professional and empathetic approach

Prior experience preferred; freshers with valuable clinical skills may apply

Willingness to learn and develop clinically
