Corporate and Commercial Litigation: Main areas of practice will be in Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, Arbitration & Negotiable Instruments Act,

Qualifications

- 1.5 years (18 months) PQE as a practicing lawyer before Trial courts at Bangalore.
- Having knowledge/expertise in IBC or CPC.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- And candidates who can talk in Kannada are preferred.

Responsibilities

- Should be able to research and draft notices, plaints, petitions independently.
- Coordinate with clients and juniors for filing and ensure litigation management.
- Representation before District Courts, Commercial Courts and Arbitration Tribunals.
- ·Assist the senior during evidence and arguements stage.

CTC: 4 to 7. lakhs based on the candidate. Post completion of 1 year, a performance-based incentive model will be initiated. Probation period is 3 months.
