About the Role

Lead the performance marketing and digital acquisition engine , with direct ownership of media budgets, customer acquisition, ROAS and online/offline conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own paid media strategy and budgets across Google, Meta, YouTube and marketplaces.
- Drive CPA, ROAS, conversion and customer acquisition across channels.
- Build and optimise always-on and seasonal campaigns .
- Lead attribution, tracking, analytics and performance dashboards .
- Drive e-commerce and marketplace advertising in partnership with the business team.
- Build the in-house performance marketing capability and manage agencies.

Ideal Profile




- 8–12 years in performance marketing with experience managing ₹10 Cr+ annual budgets .
- Robust expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and marketplace advertising .
- Experience in retail, luxury, fashion or other high-consideration consumer categories preferred.
- Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking and marketing analytics .
- Comfortable working with SQL/data analytics tools .
- Highly data-driven, commercially focused and experiment-oriented .
