Key Responsibilities

- Develop cutting-edge, brand-aligned QSR designs, layouts, materials, and colour schemes.
- Optimize kitchen, seating, customer flow, and overall space planning.
- Manage new store openings, remodels, and relocations.
- Set project timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project budgets, quality, timelines, and execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, architects, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct regular vendor/contractor meetings and resolve project-related concerns.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across projects.

Required Skills

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar design software

Commercial kitchen layouts & furniture design

Project planning & execution

Decision-making & problem-solving

Stakeholder & vendor management

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel extensively
